California Smog (again)

Well I've been trying to clean up my Alfa 1981 Spider
for the Smog test.

Should have got a pre-test...but didn't and am a GROSS
POLLUTER!!

Anyone have any new ideas?  Here's my "score":

Ignition Timing: 8 BTDC

MPH  RPM    MEAS HC(PPM) MAX   MEAS CO(%)  MAX

15   1801     159        145    2.08       1.01
25   2029     231        116    4.61       0.81

Short of any ideas, anyone interested in buying a gross
polluting 81 Alfa??
