shankle heel/toe kit part needed

Greetings Alfisti,

I recently posted that I was looking for a Shankle heel/toe kit.  I passed 
up one on ebay because APE said that they had one, complete.

Well, when it arrived it was only the black anodized aluminum part that 
mounts to the bracket ( that anchors the cable ) and NOT the part that 
mounts to the throttle bellcrank.   Michael at APE was very apologetic and 
cheerfully refunded the money.  He also let me keep the part I had.

I still need the missing part though.  If anyone has one lying around I'll 
buy it.  If anyone can lend me theirs so I can fabricate a duplicate that 
would be great too.  I might even be able to fabricate a number of sets if 
anyone else is in need.  Alfa Ricambi said that they will not be 
remanufacturing these.
