Burned valves-cayse

Every once in a while it is goo to remind my very good Alfisti friends that the simple task of removing a spark plug can cost you lots of EUROS. A tiny piece of caebon that frops off of the plug you remove ans on the open valve below, sticks there until you start te car, result, burned valve in the shape of a pie slice. what does it is te extreme heat forced through that small opening is like a welders cutting torch. How to prevent that? Use a compressed air stream in he cylinder that has open valves, they are visible. Some mechanics blow the plug wells clean right after loosening the plug a bit and before removing the plugs. Take your time and use your head. Fred
