GTV Wheel choices

Well, I'm finally working on the suspension of my high-perf 
street/occasional timetrial 74 GTV ( Rugh springs, Bilsteins, new 
everything else ).  Since there isn't much selection in 14" tire sizes I'm 
going to 15" wheels ( probably Panasport ).

My question is:  What are you other GT 1600/1750/2000 owners using in 15" 
in regards to wheel width, offset, and tire size and selection ?
I'm concerned about rubbing both inside and out, as well as how they 
feel.  I know that sometimes too much rubber isn't such a good thing either.
