Help needed for disabled Alfa Technician

I am trying to help a job placement specialist from the local Easter Seals organization.
She is helping a physically disabled, former Alfa Romeo technician get a job at a school.
He had training certificates from his Alfa certified training destroyed in a fire. They
will act as credentials for the school job.

Does anyone know how he can get those certificates replaced or verified through Alfa?
Who/where to contact? Is ARDONA still in the US? Perhaps Elvira Ruocco?
