Karl,
I know two places that repair Fujitsu OEM radio equipment:
Fujitsu / Eclipse in CA 1-800-233-2216
or United Radio in NY 1-800-634-8606
Flat rate of about $200 to repair the changer.
The model number to give them for the CD changer is 00608-97431 (the
alfa part number).

I haven't decided whether to send mine yet. I haven't been able to
discover the problem myself yet. The spindle is not turning.
