We aren't enforcing the requirement for SA helmets for school participants
yet--but we will.  The materials are in the process of being updated to let
people know this is coming, but we won't turn away drivers with M helmets
this year.  SA helmets are required for the time trial, however.  Plan your
purchases accordingly; when it's time for a new helmet, get an SA-rated one.
