Alfa calendars update

The 2003 Alfa calendars are in the air, finally. They should be here in a 
day or so, later than last year, but I am happy that the supply still is open.

I have a handful available for late comers. As I understand they are time 
sensitive, I am turning them around right away and using a bigger tube as 
well to make the travel as soft as possible. Domestic delivery is via 
Airborne Express, International orders are EMS.
