164TS vs 75 TS

No. The 75 is a developement of the old Alfa aluminium block engine,
and is basically the same as the engine used in the early 164TS. The
later versions of the 164TS switched to using the engine from the
early 155 which was a further developement of the old Alfa engine
but with the stroke stretched a bit
