Well I suppose that it's time I admit that for the first 3 months and 500 miles that I had my GTV6 on the road, I drove around with the rear brakes disconnected and blocked off. And I was so poor that when I took it to Prestige Imports (now European Auto Specialists) in Cincinnati to have my used transaxle and new brake calipers installed, I asked them to leave the brakes disconnected so I could save the money it would have cost to have them install new pads and bleed the system.
