Spider rear fog lamps

My 90 Veloce had rear fog lamps, i.e., panel switch that doubled the red
tail-light brightness.  Was that standard on the 90, and could it be done on
a 93 Veloce?  I sort of doubt it, figuring that the 90 had extra wires and
sockets, but maybe someone knows otherwise.
