105/115 series castor rod bushes

There are two different castor rod bushes - one for the older cars that use
2 special washers and one for the newer cars that don't. If you use the
older style bushing without the special washers, they'll tear apart in no
time. When I rebuilt the front end of my GTV, the adjustable camber rods I
got from Centerline had the older style bushings resulting in a terrible
sounding k-lunk in the front end. I installed the bushings for a later
spider and the problem went away.
