ah, but i'm not in Averill Park, i'm 3 miles away. it's only a postal

12- is too low. you definitely should be seeing more voltage. is this
across the battery terminals? i'd clean things up.

how old is the battery, and what voltage do you see across the battery
terminals when the car is running and the alternator is energized?
