Maybe not as much as you think  Honda seems to be using chains in its new
engines.  in 2000 the S2000 and insight were released with chain driven
cams, and in 2001-2002 the B series and F series engines were (both belt
driven) were replaced with the new K series with chain driven cams.  So
the winds of change may be blowing fashion back to the chain corner.
