No need to remove the shroud or fan. Loosen the big bolt with 19 mm head and
nut at the alternator bottom mount (it should be double nutted with the nuts
towards the motor mount) loosen the 8 mm bolt at the top (which should have
the nut towards and an extra thin bolt head to clear the front cover) and
gently feed the belt between the fan and the shroud one blade at the time.
Important - if the fan blades are deep yellow and stiff you should replace
the fan. Many unfortunate 105 and 115 owners have had their fan disintegrate
and wreck their radiator, battery and hood...
