I've not been under a 156, so i can't help with jacking points, but an issue
has cropped up in this months AROC (UK) newsletter regarding stripped threads
on various Alfa sump plugs, and a number of 156 owners have chipped in having
suffered this problem.  Alfa specify that the sump plug should be tightened
with a torque wrench to 15lb/ft. any more and you risk stripped threads in the
sump with the choice of helicoil or new sump.
