Misc Milano Questions

New Milano owner with a couple of basic questions:

1- Where are the grounds for the front power window & the power front seat
motors?

2- Can the stock jacking points support the car on jack stands (rust free
chassis)?  I ask because I want to put the car on stands in such a way as to
allow the de dion tube to hang down, & the stock jacking points don't look
particularly strong.
