Zamani and all,

If you want to really break the bank, there is a sweet full function ECU 
setup from Motec in Australia that you can program to do whatever you want. 
I watched a WRX get tweaked to 450+ hp and it needed the Motec to control 
the fuel and ignition systems alongside the stock unit. Tweaking OBD II 
cars is a real project.... it's mad money, but reliable. You might also 
look into Link Systems, they have a fully programmable setup for about $1500
