164 heater core?

Hi all..
My 164S developed a coolant leak that I can't easily see under the hood.
Sometimes when idling at a light I'll see lots of steamfrom under the hood..
and also there's the oily film on inside of WS.  Heater core?
Any tips/hints/advice?  And I thought I was selling the car.. ha!
