Need parts

Finally got a grip on my bypass hose (hey, watch it!), and discovered 
that there is nothing inside.  I assume I should be able to feel the 
presence of a bypass restrictor in there.

Where to get such an odd little part?

I also need a replacement for that thin gasket that goes around the lip 
of the Spica air box under the removable end.

Anyone?
