RE: insurance for (newer) Alfa

I second Fred's recommendation of Starke Shelby at Northwest Insurance Center Inc.  425 483 5758.  He got me Hagerty for my 1987 Spider w/ agreed value of $10k.  It was low mileage and an excellent example.  It too was driven infrequently except for weekends and club events.
I started my policy about four years ago, and think Starke "sold" my car to the company, as he had seen it and attested to its quality and low miles.  After I sold the car I heard (or maybe read on this digest) that Hagerty was not as receptive to "newer" cars.
