time for the drilled rotor lecture. in deciding whether drilled rotors are
worth it, you need to understand their actual function.

drilled rotors have no useful effect on cooling of the braking system.

what drilled rotors are for is to provide a space (in the form of holes)
for material coming from the pads to get to (as opposed to sitting between
the pads and the rotors.) this material could be gasses coming from the
pads because they're hot, friction material from the pads wearing off, or
water from a serious rainstorm.

unless you are concerned with one of the issues in the previous paragraph,
there's not much point in drilled rotors.
