i'm not sure about your list, but i had one '88 milano werde w/30mm offset fone-dials; another one had 45mm.  (differnt quantity of holes, as well...)  the stock wheels on my '86 gtwe6 were 45mm offset, & the stock wheels on my '92 164L are 40mm offset...

   GTV6    5 x 98  40      58.1

   164 3.0 5 x 98  45      58.0
