can this be done? conceptually, i prefer the hydraulic tensioner and would
go back to it if i had the option. a previous owner did the mechanical
conversion, and i'd been under the impression there was no going back.

the other issue is getting a hold of a good core. my wife would kill me if
i took the hydraulic tensioner out of her GTV-6.
