From Automotive News Europe:  "Transfer production of low-emission
vehicles and the experimental vehicle department from its Arese plant
near Milan to Mirafiori. All 1,000 workers involved will be laid off in
December for one year. There are no plans to take them back and Arese
will be permanently shut down."
