Duetto Master Cylinder

Does a Duetto master cylinder from a 66-67 also fit a Giulia Super and
vice-versa?
Where does one get a new one (unobtanium?)  or have the old one rebuilt? I
have heard of mixed reviews for White Post Restorations about the work they
do.
Do they also rebuild the booster units? I thought in the past recently there
was some discussion on booster units.
