First of all aren't you glad that it was cold fluid on the floor rather than 
hot while you're driving?  Vick Autosports lists a heater fan motor for 
$119.25, and molded heater hose for $16.50.  Phone # is 1-800-466-3428.  I 
have experienced good service from them (not affiliated, etc.).
