Another Black 164 in Omaha

Here's one of those tedious posts where some one sees an Alfa Where he wasn''t expecting to see an Alfa and wants to know if the driver is on this list.
My wife actually spotted the car, a black 164 (with black side moldings) exiting I-680 at Q Street in Omaha, last week.
She said she got a look at the the driver, a middle aged black gentleman.
The car had Nebraska plates.
