alfa enthusiasts/database wonks needed

i'm starting work on a database design project which when completed, and
when the database starts being populated, will be of considerable interest
to many alfa owners.

i'm looking for one or two alfa enthusiasts who are also relational
database geeks to check my design work. i'm a general purpose software
engineer/network engineer, and not a dba, and would like some review & help
to make sure this is right.

for general information, the current target environment is postgresql with
a php front end for web access to the database. what is actually going into
the database i'll keep under my hat for the moment, except to say that
while visiting with John Hertzman for a couple of days last week, we had a
nice chat about the proposed database and its potential utility.
