Milano brakes on a 105

I'm curious about what's involved in fitting the aluminum front calipers
from a Milano or GTV-6 onto a 105 car.  I've discovered that my 71 Giulia
Super has the old-style "GT Junior" front spindles, so this might be worth
doing sometime.  The V6 calipers have the same bolt spacing as the GT
Junior and are a direct bolt-on, I've heard, but then something needs to be
done to compensate for the lack of vented rotors on the 105.  If someone
who has done this conversion could lay out the procedure, I'd be interested.
