California smog cops

We are opening a can of worms here, but all this bill does is tackle what the
feds were afraid to. i.e. raising the fuel economy standards for cars AND
trucks. Some of us in California think it's absurd that soccer moms can
justify commuting in their Expeditions at 12 mpg.

Regardless, it has no effect on Alfas, and this is after all the Alfa digest.
