Does anyone know what the hose at the rear of the front drive side wheel well of a Series 3 Spider is for?  While replacing brake pads I noticed a cracked hose.  I'm not sure if it just plugs into the wheel well / firewall, or runs into the dash, etc. I looked at my Car Disk and a couple parts catalogs, but can't locate anything on it.  Is it Heater / AC related, or does it have something to do with water run off?  Any advise would be appreciated.  Thanks
