Interior 105 GTV lights

I've asked before but no response - is there any source for reconditioned
interior lights for the 105 coupes? Mine are from a '72 2000 and are the
units with the swinging hand grab on them above the doors. The internals
of these lights have melted and become brittle. I'd be very grateful for
any lead which would save me from having to install a modern light in the
center of the roof.
