Well this has turned into a soap opera of sorts.  Maybe I shouldn't have
posted the email on the forum.  But what is done is done.  Thanks for all
the support, cooler-headed advice, etc.

And for the record:

1. I did drink a beer
2. Uptight people don't own Alfas :)
3.  And the proper advice would be to "Lighten up, Francis"
