Take a look at the leather seat replacements at Spiderpoint in Germany (www.spiderpoint.com). I put them in my 91 Spider. They are good quality, fairly easy to install and not too expensive. Ralf is the guy to talk to.
The fuzzy trim on the seat back and all the other clips etc are available at www.atrim.com
