Hi Barry:

Buy a used fan and you'll eventually need another re-core on that radiator, 
and consider yourself lucky if this time your hood wasn't dented from the 
inside.  Most of the Alfa parts vendors we all know can supply a new fan 
and shroud for less than $50.  Better still, install an electric fan, which 
will yield a few extra HP, less noise, and perhaps a longer-lived water 
pump.  Most auto parts stores can set you up with a 12" fan and temp sensor 
for around $75.
