Torsion Bar Installation

Hello, 

I am installing a set of Shankle 27.3mm torsion bars
this weekend. My car is totally apart. Does any one
have dimensions of what angle their control arm was at
of how far from the fender lip to provide a 1-1/2 to 2
inch lowered ride height.
