There is also the "Show Car Exemption" for importing
"Historically Significant Cars"  though, this requires
you to jump through many hoops, can only be driven to
and from car shows for a total mileage of 5,000 per
year (I think).

This exemption only allows one example of the car
through, ask Bill Gates who couldn't get his 959
through because someone beat him to the paperwork.
