Re: Wiring diagrams

Biba sez (among other things):

"Sorry, meant to add, that I for one don't want no stinkin' electronic
wiring diagrams."

Well, this is how come Kinko's is so popular. For a relatively minor amount of
money, the smug little techno-troll in your Kinko's computer-stuff department
will cause an electronic diagram to become a paper one, size largely dependent on
how much money you're willing to spend. It's not dirt cheap, and you'll probably
have to endure some condescending attitude, but it beats hell out of squinting
either at a monitor screen or through a magnifying glass while you're trying to
do some work. Those of you who live in remote mountain-top cabins might not have
a Kinko's closer than fifty miles, but the rest of us (at least in the US) will
find them only somewhat less ubiquitous than Starbuck's - in fact, those two tend
to reproduce in pairs.

AY-men, by the way, to Biba's plea for Large Type. It completely baffles me that
a whole class of documents whose readership consists largely of middle-aged (and
therefore presbyopic) men should typically be reproduced in such tiny dimensions.
The Chilton manuals are the worst; so glad we Alfisti seldom have to resort to
those...
