Re: alfa-digest V8 #930 - spider alloy wheels

A friend had his late Alfa spider phone dial wheels powder coated. He is pleased.
I have used my glass bead cabinet to clean the Daytona style wheels for re painting, but I have not messed with the phone dial wheels. The phone dial wheels are really heavy, by the way.
There was a GTV at Convention with the ribs and rims of a set of early Turbina wheels polished. They looked nice and I had no idea you could do that. My experience with Turbinas is never have them chemically stripped. My set was so porous that it took hours with Bondo to make them look decent.
