Alfetta lower control arm bushings

I am replacing the inner lower control arm bushings on
my Alfetta. My Haynes manual says there are special
tools need to keep from damaging the torsion bar
splines, and to take it to your dealer. Can anyone
help me with the steps or their experiences to do it
yourself?
