i have generally not objected to private sale classifieds, private sale
ebay listings, and wouldn't object to simple non-business extensions of
the concept.

philosophically, i do have issues with folks running network marketing
campaigns through the list, given that the list is funded out of my pocket,
and by our advertisers (who haven't been billed for quite some time, which
is my fault, not theirs.)
