[Mark asked about his spark plugs soaking in oil]
One thing I'll add to Gary's response is that if the
oil is in the spark plug well(s) closest to the 0170,
oops I mean OLIO, cap, it could be simply a bad oil
filler cap allowing splashing oil to leak out.  I have
heard of people fixing this by slightly bending the tabs 
which hold it in place to get a tighter fit.
