Ain't.

Which is why the failed stepper-motor gears is such a PITB.

The line to the heater core arises at the rear of the forward head, and
passes a branch for a small hose to the throttle body -- then 3/4"ID hose
to the firewall.  Right after that metal fitting is the place to insert a
shut-off valve (I used a 1/2" valve with threaded openings, then a plasitc
nipple cut in two and machined to fit the ID of the hose).  Caution:  the
hose is un-reinforced "rubber", cracks easily and cannot be stretched
much --(now around ten -years old - I used a razor-saw to cut it).
