Thanks to those that responded on insuring an 87 Spider through collector
insurance.  Hagerty will not insure a car that new unless it falls under their
exotic category (value of >$40,000), which mine does not.  Grundy and American
Collector will insure it for about $100 a year with no mileage restrictions
for Grundy.
