One last tip on this:  I store several collector cars in the basement, under
covers.  Even with the windows down I still get some mold or mildew, usually
on vinyl surfaces.  After cleaning it off (your choice of methods), I spray
the interior pretty heavily with LYSOL BATHROOM DEODORANT SPRAY ("Kills mold
& Mildew").  Put it on wet.  This seems to work, and doesn't damage any
surfaces.
