<<If no voltage there, check the fuse box for voltage at any of the first
5 fuses with ignition switch on. If no voltage there the ignition switch
is probably shot. Don t give up here, the circuit can be made active with
a temporary toggle switch and short jumper wires. Or you may want to do
without a switch just to get the car running. Run a jumper from the
battery + to the terminal with the green-black wire.>>

 Fred,

  is the terminal with the green-black wire at the igniton switch or at
the fuse box or both?
