 Fit is good, finish is excellent.  You save money because the top does not come pre-punched for the 6mm studs under the rear window, and does not include grommets for the side tension cables.  If you're willing to do these yourself, go for it. I would recommend picking up a large handheld hole punch (I've seen them at Harbor Freight).  Installation was a bit more work than an OEM style, but mine came out fine, and now that it has stretched out a bit it fits well.
