Milano Paint

Dear Digesters,

The clearcoat on my Milano's hood is peeling off. The roof's paint is
fading. Is it possible to just have a shop sand it down a little and
repaint it with a coat of blue (same blue) and then a clearcoat? I
don't want to strip down everything on the car. Just want the same
color. I know a guy who does a good job (but takes too long). Any one
in the Bay Area, California, know a good place to do this? Also need to
do a dentpro treatment. Anyone with recent experience?
