Can I get peoples' experience of uprated disks/pads for the 75?

My hand had been forced by a nice groove which has appeared in one of my
front disks (stone?). I might as well fit up-rated disks to the 75 while I
am at it.

Can I please get feedback from UK 75 owners on up-rated disks and pads (and
the suppliers they used)?

At the moment, I am thinking either Red Dot or Tarox for the disks and EBC
Green for the pads.

Any feedback would be appreciated.
